
Bodhi Tree Multimedia Ltd (BTML) has announced a strategic partnership with Amit Khan Content Hub (AKCH), founded by celebrated novelist Amit Khan, to jointly develop and produce premium content for OTT and television platforms.
The collaboration will operate through a special purpose vehicle (SPV), with BTML holding majority stake. Under this arrangement, BTML will lead financing, operations, and strategic tie-ups, while AKCH will spearhead creative development and production.
Amit Khan, best known for his popular Commander Karan Saxena series spanning 58 novels, brings his prolific storytelling legacy into the mix. His works have been translated into multiple languages and remain widely read across India.
Commenting on the partnership, BTML Managing Director Mautik Tolia said, “This partnership is a confluence of creativity and capability. Amit Khan’s distinctive vision will now reach screens nationwide through our production infrastructure.”

BTML, listed on both NSE and BSE, has delivered over 3,000 hours of content across TV and OTT platforms, spanning drama, thriller, comedy, horror, and lifestyle genres. For FY25, it reported consolidated revenue of ₹389.76 crore, EBITDA of ₹39.67 crore, and net profit of ₹4.92 crore.
