Interarch Building Solutions Limited, a pioneer in pre-engineered steel buildings, has announced the groundbreaking of its new manufacturing facility at Attivaram in Andhra Pradesh. The development marks a major step in the company’s expansion strategy as it aims to strengthen its capacity for multi-storey steel buildings, modern data centres, semiconductor facilities, electronic units, and battery manufacturing plants. The foundation ceremony was held on Saturday in the presence of the company’s senior leadership.

The upcoming plant will be a state-of-the-art hub equipped with advanced machinery sourced mainly from Europe and India. It is designed to accelerate the production of high-rise steel structures that are not only efficient but also built to withstand extreme climatic conditions. Sustainability remains a key focus for Interarch, and the new facility will reflect this through innovative designs that ensure long-term durability and energy efficiency.

Spread over 20 acres, the new unit will feature a built-up area of around 17,000 square meters and is expected to add 25,000 metric tonnes of capacity in its first phase. With an estimated investment of about ₹100 crore, the facility is set to become a significant contributor to regional growth by creating more than 200 direct and indirect jobs in Andhra Pradesh.
