Gold Price Today: The price of 24-carat gold rose by ₹10 in early trade on Tuesday, with ten grams selling at ₹1,13,080, as per GoodReturns. Silver also advanced ₹100, trading at ₹1,38,100 per kilogram.

In Kolkata and Mumbai, ten grams of 24-carat gold was priced at ₹1,13,080, while Delhi quoted ₹1,13,230 and Chennai ₹1,13,790. For 22-carat gold, the rate stood at ₹1,03,660 in Kolkata, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. In Chennai, the price was higher at ₹1,04,310, and in Delhi, it was ₹1,03,810.

Silver prices showed regional variation, with one kilogram valued at ₹1,38,100 in Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata, while Chennai recorded a higher ₹1,48,100.

Globally, spot gold climbed 0.2 per cent to $3,752.43 per ounce at 0123 GMT after reaching a record $3,758.03 earlier in the session. US gold futures for December delivery gained 0.3 per cent to $3,787.60, buoyed by expectations of rate cuts and a weaker dollar ahead of Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell’s speech.
