Paris Saint-Germain’s manager Luis Enrique has deservingly been named as the World’s Best Manager of 2025 at the Ballon d’Or 2025 ceremony. The best player was also given to his team member Ousmane Dembele. Luis Enrique won Champions League, Super Cup, Ligue 1, Coupe de France, Trophée des Champions with PSG last season and therefore deserved to win this Johan Cruyff Trophy.

Paris Saint-Germain boss Luis Enrique has been crowned the World’s Best Manager of 2025 at the prestigious Ballon d’Or ceremony, capping off a remarkable year for both himself and the French champions.

The Spaniard guided PSG to a historic campaign last season, winning the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, Ligue 1, Coupe de France, and the Trophée des Champions. His tactical brilliance, squad management, and ability to bring the best out of his players were key to PSG’s dominance both in France and in Europe.

Enrique’s efforts were rewarded with the Johan Cruyff Trophy, handed to the world’s best coach, and he was joined in celebration by PSG winger Ousmane Dembélé, who scooped the Ballon d’Or as the best player in the world.
