JK Lakshmi Cement has taken a significant step to boost its production capacity. On September 22, 2025, the company commissioned an additional grinding unit at Surat with a capacity of 13.5 lakh tonnes per annum. Alongside this, JK Lakshmi Cement has successfully completed the de-bottlenecking of its cement mills at Jaykaypuram, Sirohi.

With these enhancements, the company’s total cement production capacity has increased from 16.5 MTPA to 18 MTPA, strengthening its position in the cement industry.

In the exchange filings, JK Lakshmi Cement shared, “The company has today i.e. 22nd September 2025 commissioned the Additional Grinding Unit of 13.50 Lakh Tonnes Per Annum at Surat & also completed the de-bottlenecking of its Cement Mills at Jaykaypuram, Sirohi. With this, the total Cement Capacity of the Company has increased from 16.5 MTPA to 18 MTPA.”

This expansion reflects JK Lakshmi Cement’s commitment to meeting growing demand and supporting infrastructure development across India.
