Sasken Technologies Ltd. on Sunday clarified that the recent changes to the US H-1B visa program, including the imposition of a $100,000 fee per application, will not affect its business operations .

The Bengaluru-based engineering R&D and digital transformation services provider said its offshore-centric delivery framework insulates it from such regulatory changes. A majority of Sasken’s workforce is based in India, delivering solutions for global clients in semiconductors, automotive, industrial, and communications sectors.

The company emphasized that its operations are designed to balance remote delivery with locally hired onsite staff where required, maintaining both cost competitiveness and agility.
