Sasken Technologies Ltd. on Sunday clarified that the recent changes to the US H-1B visa program, including the imposition of a $100,000 fee per application, will not affect its business operations .
The Bengaluru-based engineering R&D and digital transformation services provider said its offshore-centric delivery framework insulates it from such regulatory changes. A majority of Sasken’s workforce is based in India, delivering solutions for global clients in semiconductors, automotive, industrial, and communications sectors.
“Our offshore-led approach ensures business continuity, while our teams remain in close touch with customers to understand their evolving priorities,” a Sasken spokesperson noted. The company emphasized that its operations are designed to balance remote delivery with locally hired onsite staff where required, maintaining both cost competitiveness and agility.
