The latest promo of Weekend Ka Vaar has taken social media by storm as host Salman Khan is seen confronting Mridul Tiwari for his passive gameplay inside the house. In a sharp critique, Salman questions Mridul’s individuality and presence in the game.
“Aap hamesha kisiki chhatra-chhaya mein chal rahe ho.. +1 ki category mein nazar aate ho aap,” Salman says, pointing out Mridul’s tendency to constantly align himself with other contestants rather than playing independently.
During the interaction, Salman also asks Mridul about his social media reach. He responds, “35 million,” referring to his follower count.
However, Salman is quick to warn him against relying solely on his digital popularity to survive in the reality show. “Nahi dega koi vote, aap yaha par dikhai nahi de rahe ho.. aapke followers waqt aane par definitely haath khade kar denge,” he adds, making it clear that popularity outside the house won’t translate to votes if a contestant fails to make an impact inside.
