Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, is integrating NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and AI Enterprise software into its retail solutions, aiming to help global retailers adopt next-generation AI capabilities faster and at lower costs.

By integrating NVIDIA’s AI, computer vision, and digital twin technologies, TCS is enhancing its portfolio of retail offerings to drive innovation, agility, and evidence-based decision-making. According to the company, retailers using TCS solutions built on the NVIDIA stack could potentially save up to 75% in operational costs compared to other similar solutions.

TCS has developed specialized AI-powered retail applications, including generative AI for hyper-personalized content, video analytics for smarter inventory management, and real-time competitor pricing insights. These build on its established retail platforms such as TCS Optumera™ and TCS Omnistore™, which already serve some of the world’s largest retailers.

To support this integration, TCS has set up a dedicated NVIDIA business unit with 12 industry-specific solution offerings and nine centers of excellence. At the NVIDIA GTC 2025, TCS was recognized as a Rising Star for AI-led innovation. The company is also training its workforce on NVIDIA’s AI foundation technologies, covering areas such as Omniverse libraries, large language models, and AI-driven sales strategies.
