Kaynes Technology India Limited on Friday announced that its Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, Rajesh Sharma, has tendered his resignation. The move will take effect from the close of business hours on October 31, 2025.
In his resignation letter addressed to the board, Sharma expressed gratitude for his nearly four-year tenure, highlighting milestones such as Kaynes’ successful IPO and stock exchange listing, capacity expansions, global and domestic acquisitions, and achieving a market capitalization of over ₹50,000 crore.
He noted that the decision to step down was motivated by his desire to “embark on a new professional journey” and pursue fresh challenges.
The company confirmed that Sharma’s exit is to explore opportunities outside the organisation and that all required disclosures under SEBI regulations have been made.
