PNC Infratech Limited announced on Thursday that one of its subsidiary companies, Yamuna Highways Private Limited, has received the Provisional Completion Certificate (PCOD) for a key highway project in Uttar Pradesh. The project, executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), has now been declared fit for commercial operations effective August 30, 2025.

Project details

The project involves the four-laning of NH-530B from Mathura Bypass to Gaju Village, covering a design length of 32.98 kilometers. The contract was awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), with a bid project cost of ₹885 crore (plus price index multiples as per concession terms).

The appointed date for the project was March 20, 2023, with a completion timeline of 730 days. The project achieved provisional completion on schedule, with the Independent Engineer issuing the PCOD on September 15, 2025.

Strategic significance

PNC Infratech highlighted that the successful completion further strengthens its execution record in the highway sector, particularly under HAM projects. The achievement underscores the company’s ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects within stipulated timelines.

The project forms part of PNC’s broader strategy of expanding its footprint across key states through NHAI contracts, enhancing revenue visibility and supporting long-term growth.
