SMC Global Securities Limited has informed the exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to consider and recommend the issuance of bonus equity shares through capitalization of reserves .
In line with SEBI’s regulations, the company also announced that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed from September 18, 2025, to September 26, 2025 .
