Krystal Integrated Services shares surged more than 4% in early trade after the company announced that it has been awarded a major three-year contract by the Director of Medical Education (DME), Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. As of 9:29 Am, the shares were trading 4.29% higher at Rs 688.45.

The contract, valued at approximately ₹168 crore (excluding duties and taxes), was formally received on September 15, 2025. Under the agreement, Krystal Integrated will provide sanitation and housekeeping services across hospitals and institutions under the DME’s control in Zone-I. This zone covers several districts, including Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Sitaramaraju, Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli, Kakinada, Konaseema, and East Godavari.

The company confirmed that the services will be carried out over a three-year period as part of its routine business operations. It also clarified that the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and that there is no involvement of promoters, promoter groups, or related parties, ensuring transparency and compliance with SEBI regulations.
