Alongside this, the company reconstituted several board committees with Damodarannair inducted as a member, including the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, CSR Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, where he will act as Chairperson.

The Board also approved issuing a Postal Ballot Notice to seek shareholder consent for his appointment, and adopted a Board Diversity Policy, aligning with global best practices and strengthening its governance framework.
