India’s spin duo continued to dominate as Kuldeep Yadav ripped through Pakistan’s middle order in Dubai. Within the space of two balls, the left-arm wrist spinner dismissed Hasan Nawaz and Mohammad Nawaz, leaving Pakistan in deep trouble at 64/6 in 12.5 overs.

First, Hasan Nawaz, who had just been dropped by Kuldeep himself, perished the very next delivery. Attempting a slog-sweep, he only managed a top-edge, which went high into the air. Axar Patel completed a safe catch at slip, sending Hasan back for 5 off 7 balls.

Then came the bigger drama — Mohammad Nawaz walked in and was trapped LBW first ball. Kuldeep floated it up on middle, Nawaz missed the flick, and umpire Masudur Rahman’s finger went up immediately. Nawaz reviewed, but ball-tracking showed it crashing into the stumps. Out for a golden duck.

Kuldeep now stands on a hat-trick, with Pakistan’s innings in tatters at 64/6. Sahibzada Farhan remains the lone fighter on 32, but the Men in Green are under immense pressure against India’s relentless bowling attack.
