This week’s Weekend Ka Vaar took a dramatic turn as Neelam Giri, Bhojpuri actress and Bigg Boss 19 contestant, found herself in a tough spot when guest host Akshay Kumar asked her to choose between her two closest friends in the house — Tanya Mittal and Kunickaa Sadanand.

Replacing the show’s regular host Salman Khan for the weekend, Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, the lead duo of Jolly LLB 3, brought their signature humor and directness to the weekend episode. The actors appeared on the show to promote their upcoming film, which is slated for release on September 19.

Neelam calls Tanya a “Backstabber”

During a light-hearted yet revealing task, Akshay asked Neelam to name the contestant who talks behind others’ backs. Without much delay, Neelam took Tanya Mittal’s name, labeling her a “backstabber” or “dhoka dene wali”. The comment visibly stunned Tanya, who appeared surprised and confused by Neelam’s statement.

Adding to the tension, Neelam further shared that Tanya tends to keep things to herself, hinting that she might be hiding significant personal matters from the rest of the house.

Kunickaa accused of Flipping Sides

When asked who often flips their own perspective, Neelam named Kunickaa, accusing her of being inconsistent in her statements. “Muje aese lagta hai ki kabhi kabhi mam ko khud bhi yaad nahi rehta ki unhone kya kya bola hai,” said Neelam.

Her hesitation while taking Kunickaa’s name did not go unnoticed. Akshay, sensing the discomfort, directly asked if Neelam was afraid of Kunickaa, further highlighting the underlying tensions within the trio.
