Archean Chemical Industries Ltd. on Tuesday, September 9, informed stock exchanges that the Income Tax Department has concluded its search at the company’s offices and plants, as well as those of its subsidiaries.
The company clarified that it will comply with all legal disclosure obligations and provide further updates as required. Importantly, Archean confirmed that its business operations remain unaffected and continue as usual.
The filing noted that while the search was initiated on September 4, 2025, the financial impact, if any, cannot be ascertained at this stage.
