Indo-Tech Transformers Limited has secured a significant purchase order (PO) dated September 4, 2025, from Avaada Clean Project Private Limited. The order entails the manufacture and supply of nine 125 MVA transformers, with an aggregate value of ₹78.39 crores, excluding applicable taxes.
As per the terms of the order, the company is expected to deliver two transformers by March 2026, followed by three transformers each in April and May 2026. The contract is awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related party transaction, nor do the promoters or promoter group have any interest in the ordering company.
Given the substantial size of this order relative to Indo-Tech’s ordinary business transactions, the company has classified this as a material event and disclosed it in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
This order further strengthens Indo-Tech Transformers’ position in the domestic transformer market and underscores its capability to handle large-scale projects for the renewable energy sector.
