Veteran Bollywood actress and Member of Parliament Hema Malini has sold two premium apartments in Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai, for a combined value of ₹12.50 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra website. Both transactions were registered in August 2025.

The apartments are located in Oberoi Springs, a well-known luxury residential complex in Andheri West. Each apartment comes with a carpet area of 847 sq. ft. (approx. 79 sq. m.) and a built-up area of 1,017 sq. ft. (approx. 94.46 sq. m.). Both flats were sold for ₹6.25 crore each, and each deal included one car parking space. Buyers paid stamp duty of ₹31.25 lakh along with registration charges of ₹30,000 for each property.

Andheri West has long been one of Mumbai’s most sought-after real estate destinations, attracting both homebuyers and investors. The locality boasts excellent connectivity through the Western Express Highway, SV Road, suburban rail networks, and the Versova–Ghatkopar Metro line, ensuring smooth access to key business districts like BKC, Goregaon, and Andheri East. With upscale high-rises, premium residential societies, and vibrant social infrastructure, the area continues to be a prime choice for luxury living in Mumbai.
