GP Eco Solutions India Limited informed the exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, GPES Solar 10 Private Limited, has received an in-principle grant of connectivity to the grid for its upcoming 100 MW solar power project under open access.

According to the company’s exchange filing, the Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited (UPPTCL) has permitted connectivity at the 765 kV Talbehat substation in Uttar Pradesh, with a voltage level of 220 kV. The project, estimated to cost around ₹350 crore, has been given a timeline for execution until January 23, 2027.

The solar power park, once operational, will add significantly to GP Eco Solutions’ renewable energy portfolio. The project is expected to strengthen the company’s position as a solar power developer in India’s growing renewable energy sector.

The company clarified that the order was awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related party transactions.
