Dominic Richard Harrison, born 5 August 1997, and known professionally as YUNGBLUD, is an English singer, songwriter, and actor who has become one of the most distinctive voices in modern rock and alternative music.
He first made waves with his debut EP “Yungblud” in 2018, followed by his breakthrough full-length album 21st Century Liability. His second EP The Underrated Youth (2019) and the chart-topping album Weird! (2020) cemented his reputation as a bold and genre-bending artist. By 2022, his self-titled third album YUNGBLUD reached number 1 on the UK Album Charts, while also charting in the U.S., including No. 45 on the Billboard 200 and No. 7 on the Top Rock Albums chart.
Known for his raw energy, rebellious stage presence, and emotionally charged lyrics, YUNGBLUD has built a strong global fanbase, especially among younger audiences who connect with his themes of identity, mental health, and defiance against societal norms.
Recently, on 5 July 2025, YUNGBLUD performed a powerful cover of “Changes” at Ozzy Osbourne’s final Black Sabbath concert in Birmingham. As a tribute, he gifted Osbourne a sterling silver gold cross necklace set with diamonds, mirroring a gift Ozzy had given him during the filming of The Funeral music video in 2022. The performance, released as a charity single on 18 July 2025, went straight to No. 1 on the UK Singles Downloads Chart, with proceeds supporting Acorns Children’s Hospice, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, and Cure Parkinson’s.
As he heads to Lollapalooza India 2026 in Mumbai, YUNGBLUD is set to bring his explosive energy and global hits to the stage, making him one of the most anticipated international acts of the festival.
