Liverpool left-back Kostas Tsimikas is edging closer to a move to Serie A, with AS Roma emerging as his next destination. According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, an agreement between the two clubs is in the final stages, with the Greek international set to join the Italian side on loan until June 2026.

The deal, which includes Tsimikas’ salary being fully covered, has already received the green light from the player. Tsimikas reportedly accepted Roma’s proposal days ago and has been pushing for the transfer to materialize quickly. The move would allow him a fresh start after struggling for regular minutes at Anfield, where he has largely played a backup role to Andy Robertson since joining from Olympiacos in 2020.

For Roma, the addition of Tsimikas would bolster their defensive options and provide much-needed depth at left-back. His crossing ability and experience in European competitions make him a strong fit for the Giallorossi, who continue to strengthen their squad under Renieri.
