NBCC (India) Ltd. announced that it has been selected as the lead agency for the development of the Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre and other urban infrastructure projects worth approximately ₹3,700 crore, following cabinet approval from the Government of Rajasthan .
According to the update, the ambitious plan will be executed on 95 acres of RIICO land along the B2 Bypass, Tonk Road. The project includes designing, building, and marketing a world-class convention centre, Global Capability Centre (GCC) Tower, IT Tower, luxury hotels, as well as commercial and residential infrastructure.
The Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre alone will be developed across 25 acres, with a built-up area of more than 2 lakh sq. meters. It is expected to feature a seating capacity of 7,000 to 7,500, positioning it among India’s leading convention destinations.
This marks a significant milestone for NBCC, which continues to expand its role as a major player in urban development and infrastructure projects across India.
