Victor Boniface to AC Milan will be a done deal soon. Verbal agreement between all parties for the Nigerian striker. €5m loan fee, €24m buy option clause not mandatory and contract until 2030 also done.

AC Milan are closing in on the signing of Nigerian striker Victor Boniface, with a verbal agreement now in place between all parties.

The deal will see Boniface join the Rossoneri on an initial loan from Bayer Leverkusen for a fee of €5 million. Milan will also hold a buy option worth €24 million, though it will not be mandatory. The striker has agreed to personal terms, with a contract running until 2030 already settled.

The next step in the transfer will be medical tests before Boniface puts pen to paper and completes his move to San Siro. If finalized, the 23-year-old will bolster Milan’s attacking options as they aim to strengthen their squad for the upcoming season.
