Bondada Engineering Limited has announced the incorporation of a new subsidiary, Bondada Dynamics Private Limited, marking a significant step in its strategic diversification journey. The subsidiary, incorporated on August 18, 2025, will focus on defence technology, aligning with India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat and Make in India initiatives.
According to the company’s filing, Bondada Dynamics will serve as a dedicated vehicle for entry into the defence sector, with plans to establish a strong presence in the design, development, manufacture, and maintenance of defence platforms, systems, sub-systems, and assemblies. The entity will also engage in electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and original development and manufacturing (ODM) services.
Bondada Engineering will hold a 70% stake in the subsidiary, which has an authorised capital of ₹6 crore and a paid-up capital of ₹60 lakh. The new entity is yet to commence operations but is expected to collaborate with research institutions, academia, and industry stakeholders to develop cutting-edge technologies and intellectual property for defence and aerospace applications.
The company highlighted that this move broadens its scope beyond civilian infrastructure to defence, creating new growth opportunities and aligning its corporate vision with national priorities. The diversification is expected to strengthen Bondada’s positioning as a multi-domain player capable of serving both civilian and defence sectors.
