According to sources cited by CNBC, Chief Financial Officer Himanshu Mody is likely to step down from his position at Suzlon Group and is expected to join Samman Capital in a leadership role. Mody, who joined Suzlon in July 2021, has extensive expertise in finance and strategy, with a focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, debt and equity, and financial restructuring.

Suzlon Energy, a leading renewable energy solutions provider, has seen strong stock market performance over the past year, with its share price ranging between Rs 46.15 and Rs 86.04 in the 52-week period.
