According to The Telegraph, Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson has now emerged as a potential option for Newcastle. The Senegal international is being considered as the Magpies seek to bolster their attacking options ahead of the new Premier League season.
Chelsea, meanwhile, appear open to offloading Jackson following the recent additions of Liam Delap and João Pedro to their frontline. The 23-year-old had an up-and-down debut season at Stamford Bridge but remains a highly-rated prospect with pace, strength, and goal-scoring ability—attributes that align with Eddie Howe’s style of play.
Newcastle’s summer window has been marked by a string of near-misses.
