Praveg Ltd. has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the Deputy Conservator of Forest, Porbandar Forest Division, for providing event management services for the upcoming World Lion Day 2025 celebration. The event is scheduled to take place on August 10, 2025, at Timdi, Taluka Bhanvad, District Devbhumi Dwarka, Gujarat.
According to the official filing with BSE on August 4, the one-time contract is valued at Rs 3.99 crore. It involves managing the event that will feature the presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat.
The work is to be completed specifically for the event day, and it is a domestic contract awarded by the Forest Department, Government of Gujarat. The company clarified that this transaction does not fall under related party dealings, and no promoter or group company interest is involved.
This marks another significant step for Praveg Ltd in strengthening its foothold in high-profile government event management projects.
