Privi Speciality Chemicals Ltd. has reported an 83% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated net profit at ₹57.55 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), compared to ₹31.45 crore in the same quarter last year.

The company’s total income stood at ₹567.8 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a 21.6% increase over ₹466.7 crore in Q1 FY25. Revenue from operations rose to ₹558.8 crore from ₹463.9 crore during the same period. Other income also grew significantly to ₹9 crore from ₹2.7 crore.

On the expense front, total expenditure rose to ₹486.6 crore in Q1 FY26, up from ₹423.8 crore a year ago. The major cost components included material consumption at ₹305.7 crore, employee expenses of ₹27.4 crore, depreciation of ₹36.2 crore, and other expenses of ₹85.2 crore.

Profit before tax came in at ₹81.18 crore, nearly doubling from ₹42.92 crore last year.

This strong performance reflects improved operating leverage, efficient cost management, and higher revenue visibility across product lines.
