Omaxe Ltd., one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced a major expansion in Madhya Pradesh with the acquisition of a 450-acre land parcel along Indore’s Super Corridor. The company plans to develop a large integrated township in phases, with a total investment of ₹1,200 crore and projected revenue of ₹2,500 crore over the next three years.

The new township will feature residential plots, commercial and retail zones, hospitality spaces, schools, healthcare facilities, and public amenities. It is strategically located in one of Indore’s fastest-growing areas, close to upcoming metro rail and expressway infrastructure. Omaxe will fund the project through internal accruals, continuing its disciplined financial approach.

This marks a major milestone in Omaxe’s expansion in Tier-II cities. The company first entered Madhya Pradesh in 2005 and has already delivered 15 projects in the state, including major townships in Indore, Ujjain, and Ratlam. With over 2,500 families already living in its Indore projects, the company aims to strengthen its presence in the city through this modern, self-sustained urban ecosystem.

The township will include wide roads, green mobility paths, power and water infrastructure, and 24×7 security. This development aligns with the state’s rapid infrastructure growth, including metro expansion, expressway projects, and upcoming rail upgrades for the 2028 Simhastha.

Omaxe’s Indore portfolio now includes City-1, City-2, Hills, Pratham, and the new Super Corridor township. As part of its broader growth strategy, the company also recently announced a township in Amritsar.
