Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited announced on Monday, July 7, that it has received a fresh Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the National Health Mission (NHM), Rajasthan, to provide laboratory services under the state’s Free Diagnostics Initiative.

In a regulatory filing to BSE and NSE, the company said the Rajasthan High Court had ruled in favour of Krsnaa Diagnostics and its consortium partner Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd. (TCIL), directing all parties to proceed with the agreement as per the stipulated terms.

Following the court’s order, the Government of Rajasthan issued a new LoA, allowing the company and its partner to move forward with executing the agreement. The contract involves offering diagnostic services across Rajasthan under a HUB and SPOKE model, aligned with NHM’s healthcare objectives.

The company reiterated its commitment to supporting the state’s healthcare initiatives and will keep investors informed about further developments.

This update follows earlier disclosures by the company regarding the tender and LoA for the Rajasthan NHM diagnostic services project.
