Hazoor Multi Projects Limited (HMPL) announced on Monday, July 7, that it has received the Provisional Commercial Operation Date (PCoD) from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) for its NH-66 highway project in Maharashtra.
The Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) project involves the rehabilitation and upgradation of the Arawali-Kante section of NH-66 (earlier NH-17) — from km 241/300 to km 281/300 — into a four-lane highway with paved shoulders.
According to the company’s filing to BSE, the PCoD has been declared as of March 30, 2025. The project was executed by Hazoor Infra Projects Private Limited (HIPPL), a wholly owned subsidiary and special purpose vehicle (SPV) of HMPL.
Following the declaration of the PCoD, HIPPL becomes eligible to receive annuity payments from MoRTH within six months of the COD. Additionally, HIPPL has been granted a Provisional Completion Certificate confirming completion of 31.395 kilometers, which represents 80.01% of the total project length of 39.240 kilometers.
The company stated that this development marks an important milestone in its execution of national highway projects under the HAM model.
For records and investor communication, the company reiterated its commitment to timely project delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
