Lloyds Enterprises Limited has acquired a 50% partnership interest in Prakar Estates and Promoters LLP for ₹140 crore. The investment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 4, 2025.

Prakar Estates and Promoters LLP, incorporated on November 26, 2020, operates in the mining industry with a primary focus on acquiring and operating mineral assets. The LLP is engaged in activities such as gold exploration, extraction, and processing, and also provides geological services including drilling and mineral testing. In addition to its core operations, the firm may also pursue trading and strategic investment opportunities both within India and internationally. As of March 31, 2025, the LLP reported no revenue, with a total capital contribution of approximately ₹318.95 crore.

The acquisition does not fall under the category of related party transactions, and there is no involvement from the promoter group or related entities. The consideration for the acquisition is entirely in cash, and no regulatory approvals were required for the transaction. Completion is expected before July 15, 2025.

This move aligns with Lloyds Enterprises’ strategy to explore investment opportunities in the mining sector. Through this acquisition, the company also gains a 31.58% indirect stake in Geomysore Services India Pvt Ltd, a developer involved in a gold mining project in India.
