Pakka Ltd reported its standalone financial results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, showing mixed performance with a decline in revenue but a strong rise in profitability.
The company’s revenue from operations for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹92.15 crore, down 2.5% from ₹94.57 crore reported in Q4 FY24. However, total income came in at ₹96.20 crore compared to ₹98 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Net profit surged 46.3% year-on-year to ₹12.57 crore in Q4 FY25, up from ₹8.59 crore in Q4 FY24. This came despite a rise in overall expenses, which rose to ₹84.04 crore from ₹82.36 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
EBITDA for the quarter came in at ₹14.8 crore, lower than ₹18.2 crore in the same period last year, marking a decline of 18.6%. EBITDA margin contracted to 16.14% from 19.25% YoY, reflecting higher input costs and operational expenses.
For the full financial year FY25, Pakka posted a total income of ₹423.21 crore, compared to ₹417.42 crore in FY24. Net profit for the year stood at ₹56.69 crore, up from ₹48.66 crore last year.
