Zydus Wellness Limited announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. For Q4FY25, the company reported a revenue of ₹910.6 crore, up 17.1% year-on-year from ₹778 crore. Net profit for the quarter rose 14.3% YoY to ₹171.9 crore from ₹150.3 crore in the same quarter last year.

For the full financial year FY25, Zydus Wellness posted a revenue of ₹2,691.2 crore, compared to ₹2,315.2 crore in FY24. Net profit for the year increased to ₹346.9 crore, from ₹266.9 crore in the previous year.

In its board meeting held on May 19, 2025, the company also approved the following:

  • A final dividend of ₹6 per share (60% on face value of ₹10), with a record date set for July 11, 2025. Payment will be made on or after August 4, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.

  • The 31st Annual General Meeting will be held on July 30, 2025, via video conferencing.

  • A 1:5 stock split has been proposed, where each ₹10 share will be split into five ₹2 shares, aimed at enhancing retail participation.

  • Appointment of Hitesh Buch & Associates as secretarial auditors for a five-year term (FY26–FY30).

  • Reappointment of Mukesh M. Shah & Co. as statutory auditors for a second five-year term (FY26–FY30).

The share split is expected to be completed within two months from shareholder approval.
