ITC Hotels Limited reported a steady performance for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), backed by improved margins and higher profitability. The company posted a net profit of ₹264.05 crore, marking a 16.01% increase from ₹227.87 crore recorded in the same quarter last year.

Revenue from operations stood at ₹981.49 crore, up 4.55% YoY compared to ₹938.70 crore in Q4 FY24. Including other income of ₹35.37 crore, the total income came in at ₹1,016.86 crore, reflecting a 7.10% growth from ₹949.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Operational performance also improved during the quarter. The company’s EBITDA rose to ₹395 crore, from ₹320 crore a year ago, translating to a 23.43% YoY jump. The EBITDA margin expanded to 41.04%, from 36.73% in Q4 FY24, underscoring better cost controls and operating leverage.

Total expenses remained largely in check, increasing slightly to ₹651.91 crore from ₹646.02 crore last year, a modest 0.91% rise. Meanwhile, the company’s tax expense stood at ₹90.90 crore, compared to ₹75.86 crore in Q4 FY24.

For the full financial year FY25, ITC Hotels reported a net profit of ₹698.41 crore, representing a 73% rise from ₹403.99 crore in FY24. The total income for the year increased to ₹3,332.99 crore, up from ₹2,133.36 crore a year ago, registering a strong 56.2% annual growth.
