The announcement follows heightened military preparedness across North India and ongoing disruption in civilian activity due to air defence operations and communication alerts.
The decision has been taken “in the interest of ensuring the safety and security of all Bar members,” the association clarified.
As per reports from Live Law, the declaration is a precautionary measure following advisories issued by local authorities amid the tense security environment.
