Wonderla Holidays reported its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, showing a notable drop in profit despite largely stable revenue. For the fourth quarter (Q4 FY25), the company posted a net profit of Rs 11 crore, down 51.3% from Rs 22.6 crore reported in the same quarter last year (Q4 FY24). On a sequential basis, the profit also declined from Rs 20.3 crore in Q3 FY25.
Revenue from operations for Q4 FY25 stood at Rs 96.78 crore, marginally lower than Rs 99.68 crore in Q4 FY24. However, other income more than doubled year-on-year to Rs 10.8 crore, helping total income reach Rs 107.6 crore, slightly higher than Rs 104.8 crore reported in the year-ago period.
Total expenses rose significantly to Rs 92.8 crore in Q4 FY25, compared to Rs 74.5 crore in Q4 FY24, driven primarily by higher employee benefit expenses and other operating costs.
For the full financial year (FY25), Wonderla recorded revenue of Rs 458.57 crore, a 5% decline from Rs 483.04 crore in FY24. Net profit for FY25 stood at Rs 109.27 crore, falling sharply from Rs 157.96 crore in the previous financial year.
