Shares of MRF Ltd jumped nearly 4% to ₹1,39,675 on May 7 after the company announced a robust set of Q4 FY25 results. The stock surged ₹4,685 or 3.47%, compared to its previous close of ₹1,34,990, boosting the tyre major’s market capitalization to ₹5.93 lakh crore.

MRF Q4 FY25 Financial Highlights (YoY):

  • Net Profit: ₹498 crore, up 31.2% from ₹379.6 crore

  • Revenue: ₹6,944 crore, up 11.7% from ₹6,215 crore

  • EBITDA: ₹1,043 crore, up 17.8% from ₹885 crore

  • EBITDA Margin: 15%, up from 14.3% last year and beating Bloomberg’s estimate of 12.5%

Total income for the quarter came in at ₹7,187.60 crore, while expenses rose to ₹6,526.87 crore compared to ₹5,915.83 crore in Q4 FY24.

For the full year FY25, MRF reported:

  • Net Profit: ₹1,869.29 crore, down from ₹2,081.23 crore in FY24

  • Revenue: ₹28,153.18 crore, up from ₹25,169.21 crore in FY24

Dividend Update:

The Board of Directors approved a final dividend of ₹229 per share for FY25. Including two interim dividends of ₹3 each already paid, the total dividend for the year stands at ₹235 per share (2350%) on a face value of ₹10.
