Avenue Supermarts, the operator of D-Mart retail stores, reported a consolidated net profit of ₹550.79 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, marking a 2.2% year-on-year (YoY) decline from ₹563.14 crore in the same quarter last year. On a sequential basis, profit also fell from ₹723.54 crore in Q3 FY25.

The company posted total income of ₹14,896.91 crore during the quarter, reflecting a strong 17% growth compared to ₹12,764.42 crore in Q4 FY24. Revenue from operations stood at ₹14,871.86 crore, up from ₹12,726.55 crore last year.

Total expenses for the quarter rose to ₹14,176.61 crore from ₹12,001.22 crore a year ago, led by higher stock-in-trade purchases and employee costs. Profit before tax came in at ₹720.30 crore versus ₹763.20 crore in Q4 FY24.

For the full fiscal year FY25, Avenue Supermarts reported a net profit of ₹2,707.45 crore, up 6.8% from ₹2,535.61 crore in FY24. Total revenue from operations for the year stood at ₹59,358.05 crore, reflecting an annual growth of 17%.
