Rajasthan Royals’ 14-year-old sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi continued his record-breaking assault against Gujarat Titans in Jaipur, this time taking apart debutant bowler Karim Janat for a stunning 30 runs in the 10th over.

The carnage began with Suryavanshi flicking the first ball over deep square leg for a six. He followed it up with a thick top-edge that cleared backward point for a four. The third ball disappeared over deep mid-wicket for another massive six, leaving the Rajasthan Royals dugout on their feet.

Suryavanshi showed no mercy on Janat, slashing the fourth ball for another four, this time beating Jos Buttler behind the stumps. With nothing going right for Gujarat Titans, Suryavanshi leaned back and drove the fifth ball fiercely through the off-side for yet another boundary. He finished the over in grand style, smashing the final delivery for a towering six over deep mid-wicket, prompting even his partner Yashasvi Jaiswal to applaud the young star’s brilliance.

In total, Suryavanshi scored 30 runs off the over, racing to 94 off just 34 deliveries by the halfway mark of the innings, as Rajasthan Royals powered to 144/0 after 10 overs.

Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s breathtaking ball-striking — hitting sixes and fours almost at will — has not only dismantled Gujarat Titans’ bowling attack but also firmly established the teenager as the breakout star of IPL 2025.
