Shares of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company declined by 1% last week as investors awaited the company’s Q4 FY25 financial results. The insurer is scheduled to announce its results on April 15, following a board meeting.

On April 11, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance shares closed at ₹551.00, down from an opening of ₹571.50. The stock hit a high of ₹576.05 and a low of ₹550.65 during the session. Currently, it trades closer to its 52-week low of ₹515.45, far below the 52-week high of ₹796.80.

ICICI Prudential Life Q3 FY25 Performance

In Q3 FY25, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance posted a 43% year-on-year growth in profit after tax, reaching ₹326 crore, up from ₹227 crore in Q3 FY24. The company also saw a 23.5% rise in net premium income, which increased to ₹12,261 crore from ₹9,929 crore in the same quarter last year.

However, the total income for the quarter dropped sharply to ₹4,600 crore, compared to ₹26,494 crore in Q3 FY24. Similarly, total outgo decreased to ₹4,224 crore from ₹26,262 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.
