Shares of VIP Clothing Ltd were in focus on Friday after the company announced a strategic partnership with Zepto, India’s quick-commerce platform, to expand the digital availability of its innerwear products. The move is aimed at offering faster access to its popular brands like Frenchie, Feelings, and VIP across multiple cities.

As per the press release submitted to the stock exchanges, the partnership with Zepto is expected to significantly improve customer convenience, allowing them to order innerwear essentials with just a few taps and receive them via swift doorstep delivery. The collaboration is also expected to help the brand connect deeper with younger demographics who increasingly use quick-commerce platforms.

Devendra Meel, Chief Business Officer at Zepto, said the tie-up with VIP Clothing enhances their mission to provide reliable access to daily essentials. VIP Clothing’s Chairman & MD, Sunil J. Pathare, highlighted the move as a step toward expanding their quick-commerce footprint following a successful launch on Swiggy Instamart.

The availability will span key markets including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and Chennai.
