Infosys, in collaboration with the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, has launched a state-of-the-art AI-powered Stats Center designed to deepen fan engagement. Built on Infosys’ generative AI platform Topaz, the new digital hub transforms racing data into immersive narratives, offering fans real-time insights, historical comparisons, and personalized experiences.

The Stats Center is a product of Infosys’ ongoing three-year partnership with Formula E and marks a major step forward in integrating advanced AI into sports analytics. This interactive platform provides dynamic stat cards, driver performance summaries, and track-based analytics using a conversational bubble-chat format.

Key Features:

  • Key Stat Cards: Contextual insights during live races, off-season, or in-season, with a focus on current and upcoming track information.
  • Key Insights: AI-generated summaries using historical data from over 10 seasons.
  • AI Companion: A smart conversational tool allowing fans to ask customized questions about driver and team performances.

Infosys also migrated Formula E’s central data lake to Google Cloud, enhancing performance and operational efficiency.

Season 11 of Formula E also debuts the GEN3 Evo – the world’s fastest-accelerating FIA single-seater, achieving 0–60 mph in just 1.82 seconds, 30% faster than Formula 1 cars.
