V-Mart Retail Limited reported an 18% year-on-year (YoY) rise in revenue from operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), reaching Rs 772 crore, compared to Rs 653 crore in the same quarter last year. For the full financial year FY25, the company posted revenue of Rs 3,213 crore, reflecting a similar 18% growth over Rs 2,714 crore in FY24.
Including its subsidiary LimeRoad’s digital marketplace, the consolidated quarterly revenue stood at Rs 780 crore, up 17% YoY, while full-year revenue reached Rs 3,254 crore, also up 17% YoY. However, LimeRoad’s performance declined, with its revenue dropping 47% YoY in Q4 and 42% for the full year.
The company reported Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) of +8% for the quarter, with V-Mart alone at +7% and Unlimited at +10%. Annual SSSG came in at 11%, excluding LimeRoad.
During the quarter, V-Mart opened 13 new stores and closed 4, resulting in a net addition of 9 stores. For the full year, 62 stores were opened and 9 were shut, bringing the total operational stores to 497 as of March 31, 2025.
