Rudra Gas Enterprise Limited has secured a significant contract from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) worth Rs 33.21 crore (excluding taxes), marking a key development in its ongoing expansion within the city gas distribution sector.

According to the exchange filing dated March 24, 2025, the contract involves laying MDPE pipelines and related works (Phase-III), including Last Mile Connectivity (LMC) and Direct Marketing Agency (DMA) activities in West Bengal. The scope of the project spans Alipurduar and Coochbehar districts.

The project is segmented into three parts: Part A (Cooch Behar city) valued at Rs 11.64 crore, Part B (Gram Panchayat areas) worth Rs 12.60 crore, and Part C (Baneswar and Birpara Chowpati) valued at Rs 8.97 crore. The execution timeline is eight months—seven months for mechanical completion and one month for commissioning.

This contract strengthens Rudra Gas’s footprint in the eastern region’s gas infrastructure network and adds to its growing order book.
