Indian equity markets continued their stellar run, marking their best weekly performance in years. On Friday, the NSE Nifty 50 surged 159.75 points or 0.69% to close at 23,350.40, while the BSE Sensex jumped 557.45 points or 0.73% to settle at 76,905.51. During intraday trade, the Nifty touched 23,402.70, and the Sensex scaled 77,041.94.
