Capri Loans Car Platform Private Limited (CLCPPL), a subsidiary of Capri Global Capital Limited, has partnered with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) to enhance skill development and employment opportunities. This collaboration aims to bridge the gap between education and industry by equipping young professionals with specialized financial sector expertise.
Under this initiative, students enrolled in IGNOU’s Distance Learning Graduation Program will receive structured training, reskilling, and upskilling opportunities. CLCPPL will launch a six-month internship program, starting with 30 interns across Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, and Nagpur. A mid-program review at the three-month mark may lead to expansion into additional locations.
CII will design a specialized six-month training module focusing on car loan processes, aligning it with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) and approved by the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET). Participants will receive industry-recognized certifications, hands-on experience, and market-ready skills. CII will also provide study materials, conduct online training, and oversee evaluations to ensure comprehensive professional development.
CLCPPL will support interns with a stipend and reimburse IGNOU registration fees in two installments. Upon successful completion, candidates will be assessed for full-time employment based on performance and role availability. Additionally, CLCPPL will ensure course content aligns with industry standards, offering students a seamless integration of academic knowledge and practical application.
