Max Healthcare Institute Limited has announced its board’s approval to enter into a Long-term Service Agreement (LTSA) with Bharat Prakritik Chikitsa Mission (BPCM) for a 200-bedded hospital in Pitampura, Delhi. The hospital premises are expected to be completed within the next three to four years.

Under this agreement, Max Healthcare will provide an interest-free, refundable deposit linked to construction milestones, ensuring its performance obligations under the LTSA. The hospital will be commissioned once construction is completed.

The announcement was made following the board meeting held on March 12, 2025, with the session beginning at 12:00 noon and concluding at 1:20 pm (IST).
