Zuari Infraworld India Limited (ZIIL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zuari Industries Limited, has expanded into the Hyderabad real estate market through a strategic partnership with Gangothri Developers. The two companies have signed a Development Management Agreement for a premium residential project, Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja, in the Kollur micro-market. The project, spanning 9.4 acres, will feature nine high-rise towers with 1,730 spacious 3 & 4 BHK apartments, along with a grand clubhouse and over 50 lifestyle amenities.

The estimated project cost is over ₹1,500 crore, with a saleable area of approximately 3.8 million sq. ft. and a total development area of around 5.3 million sq. ft. The company has applied for RERA approval, and sales will be launched post-approval.
