PSP Projects Ltd. has secured multiple high-value contracts worth ₹1764.12 crores (excluding taxes), further strengthening its position in India’s construction sector. These projects span institutional and residential categories, with notable contracts awarded by major entities like Adani Airport Holdings, Adani Realty, and Ahmedabad International Airport Limited.
Key Project Highlights:
- Ahmedabad Airport City-Side Development – ₹647.22 crores from Adani Airport Holdings; completion in 18 months.
- Adani Medicity & Research Center – ₹411.72 crores from Vitthal Mandir; completion in 24 months.
- Residential Project at Shantigram – ₹139.93 crores from Adani Realty; completion in 22 months.
- Leadership Guest House Construction – ₹147.47 crores from Adani Enterprises; completion in 18 months.
- Airside & Landside Development at Ahmedabad Airport – ₹223.47 crores from Ahmedabad International Airport Ltd.; completion in 12 months.
- Training Centre at Shantigram – ₹61.07 crores from Adani Enterprises; completion in 18 months.
- Vishram Gruh at Asarva Civil Hospital – ₹51.00 crores from Sevadaan Arogya Foundation; completion in 20 months.
With these new contracts, PSP Projects’ total order inflow for FY 2024-25 now stands at ₹3478.58 crores. Additionally, the company has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for the Development of Street in Ahmedabad worth ₹120.53 crores.
